As the value of precious metals such as silver fluctuate over the years but with the near collapse of the World Banking system the price has risen to a high of over $19.00 The price of silver was less than a dollar per ounce in the 1950s to over 16 dollars per ounce today. Silver is affordable and now is still a good time to buy.
